To redeem you certificate/voucher, you'll want to make sure:
- - That you’re purchasing in the currency listed on the certificate/voucher;
- - That the total amount of qualifying products in your cart (subtotal) is greater to our equal the certificate voucher amount (taxes, shipping, and other fees are excluded);
- - That you're ordering qualifying products (sometimes certain products are excluded or are not available in your country, which will be noted on your certificate/voucher and on our Policies page);
- - That you’re entering the code in the coupon code section at checkout;
- - That you're only redeeming one certificate/voucher at a time (only one can be redeemed per order).
After that, get excited for your goodies to deliver to you shortly and then enjoy! :)

Sponsorships are evaluated on a case by case basis. To help us best support you, please contact us at least 2 months prior to your show.

Giveaway contests are fun! To invite us to participate, please reach out to us via our contact page with the following information about your event:
- Your name
- Your social media account name
- Social media account names for all contest hosts
- Anticipated number of followers the contest will reach
- When will the event run?
- How many winners?
- What countries is the contest open to?
- What other brands are participating?
- Must the contributed item(s) be worth over a certain value?
- When do you need a response from us by?
